Our client is seeking a highly polished, proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leaders within a fast‑growing global sports and digital commerce company. This is a high‑volume, team‑based EA role supporting 2-3 executives within corporate functions (likely Finance, M&A, or Investor Relations), requiring strong calendar management, prioritization, and the ability to anticipate needs. The ideal candidate is sharp, resourceful, and thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Hours are 9:00am-6:00pm with light after‑hours responsiveness, and the role follows a hybrid 4/1 schedule with Fridays remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive‑level administrative support to 2-3 senior leaders
  • Manage complex, high‑volume calendars with a proactive and strategic approach
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and manage meeting materials
  • Assist with investor meetings and high‑level external engagements
  • Process and track expenses using internal systems (Ramp)
  • Support limited travel coordination and logistics
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and optimize executive time
  • Act as a gatekeeper and liaison across internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Maintain organization of communications, priorities, and workflows
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and administrative needs
  • Collaborate with a broader EA team to ensure seamless support

Qualifications:

  • 10-15+ years of Executive Assistant experience
  • Strong experience supporting multiple senior leaders
  • Experience in fast‑paced environments (finance, consumer, media, consulting, etc.) preferred
  • Exceptional calendar management and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with strong follow‑through
  • Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with ability to anticipate needs
  • Professional, polished demeanor with strong executive presence
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a demanding environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
