Our client is seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented Brokered Research & Corporate Access Associate to support investment research and trading teams within a hedge fund. Hours are 8:30am-5:30pm, and the role is fully onsite five days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the investment team and broker relationships
  • Coordinate high-volume corporate access activities, including management meetings, investor days, conferences, and site visits
  • Manage brokered research access, advisory requests, and analyst interactions
  • Maintain corporate access systems, watchlists, and research tracking tools
  • Coordinate logistics for domestic and international conferences and events
  • Support IPOs, secondary offerings, and other capital markets-related processes
  • Track broker coverage, research subscriptions, and vendor relationships
  • Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Finance on vendor onboarding, contracts, and renewals
  • Maintain reporting and analytics related to corporate access activity and broker evaluations
  • Manage broker contact databases and onboarding of new relationships
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance research and corporate access workflows

Qualifications:

  • 3-6+ years of experience in financial services, corporate access, research coordination, sales, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Prior exposure to corporate access, broker relationships, or research support strongly preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage a high-volume workload and competing priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional, proactive, and highly accountable
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with research platforms or CRM systems is a plus
