Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support a senior leader within the Development team at a leading real estate firm. This is a high‑visibility, fast‑paced support role requiring strong calendar ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a highly dynamic, ever‑changing schedule. The ideal candidate is polished, dependable, and thrives in a demanding environment supporting a senior executive. Hours are typically 9:00am-6:00pm and the role is fully onsite five days per week with flexibility as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high‑level executive support to an EVP within the Development team
- Manage a highly complex and constantly shifting calendar with strong prioritization
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries
- Process expense reports and liaise with finance teams
- Coordinate meetings, conference rooms, and logistics across internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with event planning, client engagements, and networking activities
- Serve as a point of contact for new hires, technology setup, and office coordination
- Prepare presentations and materials, including formatting and binding documents
- Maintain organization across communications, schedules, and workflows
- Assist with ad hoc administrative and project-based work
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of Executive Assistant experience
- Strong calendar management experience in high‑volume environments
- Experience in corporate or professional services environments preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, polished demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset
- Bachelor’s degree required
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $110K base salary + discretionary bonus
