Our client, a law firm, is seeking a Receptionist to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Colombia, Maryland.
About The Job:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees while maintaining a professional and welcoming front desk presence
- Answer and direct incoming calls, greet guests, and manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Provide administrative support and assist with day-to-day office operations and special projects
- Ensure consistent reception desk coverage and deliver exceptional customer service
- Support meetings and office events, including occasional early morning coverage
About You:
- Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or front desk experience preferred
- Dependable, punctual, and professional with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a quieter office environment and maintaining a consistent front desk presence
- Ability to manage administrative responsibilities with professionalism and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
About The Position:
- Temporary pay: $19-$22/hr
- Permanent Salary: $39K-$49K
- Fully onsite in Columbia, MD
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
- Occasional 7:30 AM start approximately once per month to support meetings and events
