Our client is seeking a highly polished, proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leaders within the Private Equity team of a global investment organization. This is a high‑touch, team support EA role requiring strong calendar management, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and confident handling sensitive information while operating independently. Hours are generally 8:45/9:00am-5:00pm with flexibility as needed, and the role follows a hybrid 4/1 schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive‑level administrative support to Managing Directors and broader team members
- Manage complex calendars with competing priorities and frequent changes
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries
- Plan and execute meetings, events, and offsites, including logistics and materials
- Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders
- Perform general office support including document preparation, catering, and guest coordination
- Greet visitors and maintain a professional, high‑touch office experience
- Proactively anticipate needs and improve workflows and processes
- Support special projects and team initiatives as needed
- Troubleshoot issues and manage tasks independently with minimal oversight
Qualifications:
- 5-6+ years of Executive Assistant experience, ideally within financial services
- Experience supporting senior leaders (Managing Director level preferred)
- Strong calendar management and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment
- Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset
- Ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $115K-$120K base salary + discretionary bonus

- Hybrid schedule (4 days onsite, 1 remote; flexibility as needed)
