We’re seeking a Part Time Executive Assistant to support during a maternity leave coverage assignment. This is an opportunity to partner with a highly respected, relationship driven leader who genuinely values his people and relies on trusted support to keep him moving across the globe.
What You’ll Be Doing
This role is less about heavy calendar management and more about keeping a globally traveling executive organized and operating efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
* Coordinating extensive domestic and international travel
* Creating detailed travel itineraries and logistics plans
* Booking flights and managing travel arrangements
* Organizing global ground transportation
* Managing executive expense reporting and reconciliations
* Troubleshooting travel disruptions and last minute changes
* Coordinating vendors and negotiating services as needed
* Supporting meetings, events, and executive communications
* Anticipating needs and solving problems before they arise
The CEO travels internationally on a regular basis, often visiting multiple countries throughout the month, making travel coordination one of the most important aspects of this position.
What They’re Looking For
* Previous Executive Assistant experience supporting C-suite leadership
* Strong travel coordination experience, preferably international
* Experience managing executive expenses
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal direction
* High level of professionalism and discretion
* Resourceful problem solver who stays calm under pressure
* Strong attention to detail

Position Details
* Start Date: August 2026
* Assignment Length: Approximately 4 to 6 months
* Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week
* Hours: Flexible, averaging about 90 hours per month based on business needs
* Location: 95% Remote
