Our client is seeking a highly capable, proactive Executive Assistant to support the Managing Partner of a growing venture capital firm. This is a true right‑hand EA/operations role with significant exposure across business operations, investor relations, and firm-building initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and excited to take ownership in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment. Hours are typically 9:00am-6:00pm with flexibility for after‑hours responsiveness, and the role is fully onsite five days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high‑level executive support to the Founder, including calendar management and scheduling
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and track follow‑up action items
  • Help organize and prioritize the Founder’s workflow, communications, and initiatives
  • Act as a liaison with investors, partners, and external stakeholders
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, contact databases, and investor pipelines
  • Support fundraising efforts through tracking outreach and follow-up
  • Assist with operations including vendor coordination, office setup, and workflows
  • Support branding, marketing efforts, and firm communications (mailing lists, holiday cards, etc.)
  • Provide light personal support (e.g., reservations, gifting, scheduling personal appointments)

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience, ideally supporting a founder or senior executive
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with strong follow‑through
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solutions‑oriented mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Tech‑savvy with experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Up to $100K-$120K base salary + discretionary bonus
  • PTO package
