Our client, a mission driven non-profit organization it seeking a Marketing Associate to join their team on a long term temporary basis in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
- Support marketing campaigns and strategies to increase article submissions, brand awareness, and partner journal growth
- Track and analyze campaign performance and journal data, contributing to monthly stakeholder reports
- Conduct audience research and assist with marketing plan development
- Manage social media channels and coordinate digital and print marketing materials
- Work with external vendors, associations, and sponsors, including trade agreements and contracts
- Assist with trade show preparation and other marketing initiatives as needed
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of marketing experience required
- Strong social media, marketing analytics, and campaign management experience
- Experience working with external vendors and partners preferred
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, BaseCamp, or HTML is a plus
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- Temporary assignment anticipated to last 6+ months
- $25-$28/hr
- Potential permanent salary range: $55K-$65K
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite
- Metro Accessible!
- Some local travel and trade show support required
