Our client is seeking a highly polished, proactive Junior Executive Assistant to support the CEO’s office within a leading independent investment bank. Acting as the secondary Executive Assistant to the CEO, this individual will collaborate closely with the Senior Executive Assistant to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional support for the CEO and the Office of the CEO. The ideal candidate is mature, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn, with the judgment and professionalism to thrive in a high‑visibility environment. Hours are generally 9:00am-5:30pm with flexibility to monitor emails after hours as needed, and the role follows a hybrid schedule with Mondays remote and Tuesday-Friday onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO’s office in partnership with the Senior Executive Assistant
  • Assist with complex calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Serve as backup support to the Senior Executive Assistant during absences and high‑volume periods
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including private aviation logistics
  • Support senior leadership, including the COO and other executives as needed
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow‑up items
  • Help manage personal and business logistics as delegated
  • Coordinate expenses and administrative workflows
  • Build relationships across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders
  • Handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Assist with special projects and operational needs within the CEO’s office

Qualifications:

  • 2-4+ years of Executive Assistant or administrative support experience
  • Financial services experience strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required (flexible for exceptional candidates)
  • Strong organizational and calendar management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow‑through
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment
  • High EQ, strong judgment, and professional presence
  • Dependable, responsive, and eager to learn
  • “No task too big or too small” mindset

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Up to $85K-$95K base salary + discretionary bonus
