A growing national law firm is seeking a Legal Recruiting Coordinator to support attorney recruiting efforts across multiple offices. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and creating an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate attorney interviews, candidate travel, and scheduling logistics
- Serve as a primary contact for candidates, recruiters, and internal stakeholders
- Manage candidate information within the ATS and recruiting platforms
- Process recruiting expenses, vendor invoices, and reporting
- Support lateral attorney and partner recruiting initiatives
- Assist with recruiting projects, communications, and department administration
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of law firm or legal recruiting experience required
- Experience with an ATS (ViRecruit, LawCruit, or similar)
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and customer service
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
