Our client is seeking a highly polished, proactive Executive Assistant to support a Partner and broader investment team within a growing private equity firm. This is a high‑touch, team support role requiring strong calendar management, travel coordination, and the ability to act as a business partner in a fast‑paced investment environment. The ideal candidate is professional, adaptable, and thrives in a collaborative culture where assistants are viewed as valued contributors to the business. Hours are generally 9:00am-6:00pm with flexibility as needed, and the role follows a hybrid 4/1 schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive support to a Partner and 2-3 investment professionals
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination across multiple stakeholders
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, car services, and itineraries
- Process expense reports and reimbursement activity
- Act as a strategic partner to executives by anticipating needs and managing priorities proactively
- Coordinate meetings, conference rooms, and internal team logistics
- Support project work and exposure opportunities across investment and portfolio teams
- Assist with presentation preparation, materials, and administrative workflows
- Partner with the Portfolio Ownership Group and broader investment professionals on team initiatives
- Collaborate with fellow Executive Assistants, Administrative Assistants, and operations staff to ensure seamless support
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of Executive Assistant experience
- Financial services, investment banking, consulting, or professional services experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting senior professionals in fast‑paced environments
- Strong calendar management and travel coordination skills
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, polished demeanor with strong executive presence
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions‑oriented mindset
- Strong judgment and ability to “read the room”
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $125K-$135K base salary + discretionary bonus
