Our client is seeking a highly polished, proactive Deal Assistant to support a Private Equity & Directs team within a premier global investment bank. This is a high‑exposure, team‑based executive support role offering a blend of traditional EA responsibilities and project-driven work. The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to take on meaningful responsibilities beyond calendar management while supporting a fast‑paced, client-facing team. Hours are generally 8:30am-5:30pm with flexibility for overtime and after‑hours responsiveness as needed, and the role follows a hybrid 4/1 schedule with Monday-Thursday onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive support to a Partner, 2 Managing Directors, 1 Principal, and 2 Associates
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination across multiple stakeholders
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics
- Process expense reports and administrative workflows
- Prepare client-facing materials and assist with presentation support
- Maintain and update databases, CRM systems, and internal tracking tools
- Coordinate client meetings, conference calls, and event logistics
- Support project work and operational initiatives beyond traditional administrative responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
- Track deadlines, follow-up items, and ensure deliverables stay organized and on schedule
- Partner with the broader administrative team to ensure seamless support coverage
Qualifications:
- 3-7+ years of Executive Assistant, Deal Assistant, or administrative support experience
- Experience in financial services, investment banking, consulting, or professional services preferred
- Strong calendar management and travel coordination skills
- Experience supporting multiple executives and managing competing priorities
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, polished demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Client-facing experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $100K-$140K base salary + discretionary bonus

- Historically remote for the last 3 weeks of August
- Historically remote Thanksgiving week and the final 2 weeks of December
