Our client, a leading investment management firm, is seeking an Investor Services Coordinator to join its Administrative Support team in Boston, MA (100% onsite). This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering $30-$40/hour and requires flexibility to work either 8:00 AM-4:00 PM or 9:30 AM-5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for visitors and employees while providing administrative, reception, and meeting support in a highly professional corporate environment. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front reception desk, greet visitors, coordinate guest access, and handle inbound calls.
- Oversee conference room scheduling and meeting coordination.
- Provide administrative support to stakeholders across the organization.
- Partner with internal teams to resolve office-related issues and ensure seamless operations.
- Support process improvements, workflow efficiencies, and documentation updates.
- Assist with planning and executing meetings, events, and conferences.
- Build strong working relationships across departments and maintain a high level of client service.
Candidate Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2-4+ years of administrative experience in a corporate environment.
- Prior front desk, receptionist, or visitor-facing experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Professional, polished, and service-oriented demeanor.
- Demonstrated discretion handling confidential information.
- Ability to think critically, identify solutions, and improve processes.
- Flexible team player willing to support a variety of administrative needs.
- Comfortable interacting with employees, executives, clients, and vendors at all levels.
