We are seeking outgoing, reliable Event Staff Ambassadors to support a large professional convention in Indianapolis. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in providing a welcoming guest experience.
What You’ll Do
* Greet convention attendees with a friendly and professional attitude
* Distribute event publications and materials throughout the convention venue
* Keep publication racks organized, stocked, and presentable
* Provide a positive first impression while representing the event team
* Walk throughout the convention space to ensure materials remain accessible to attendees
What We’re Looking For
* Outgoing, energetic, and customer service-oriented personality
* Professional appearance and demeanor
* Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
* Dependable and punctual with strong communication skills
* Comfortable engaging with attendees and offering assistance when needed
Dress Code
* Black pants/slacks
* White blouse, button-down shirt, or other professional white top
* Professional, clean appearance
