Our client is seeking a highly polished, proactive Executive Assistant to support a Founder and Partner within a leading venture capital firm. This is a high‑touch EA/PA role supporting a prominent investor in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, tech‑savvy, and thrives in a small team setting where no task is too big or too small. Hours are generally 8:30/9:00am-6:00pm with flexibility as needed, and the role is fully onsite five days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated executive support to a Founder/Partner
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel, including accommodations, dining reservations, and itinerary management
- Handle expense reports and administrative workflows
- Serve as a trusted liaison between executives, founders, investors, portfolio companies, and external stakeholders
- Prepare executives for meetings through detailed scheduling and logistical support
- Provide light personal assistance, including appointments, reservations, gifting, family coordination, and travel planning
- Maintain and support CRM systems and executive contact databases
- Assist with conference room logistics, meeting setup, and office support as needed
- Collaborate closely with the administrative team to provide seamless support coverage
Qualifications:
- 5-8+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives, founders, or partners
- Experience within venture capital, private equity, startups, consulting, finance, PR, or similarly entrepreneurial environments preferred
- Strong calendar management and travel coordination expertise
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- High level of professionalism, executive presence, and judgment
- Strong technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Slack, and CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems
- Team‑oriented mindset with a “no task too big or too small” attitude
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $160K-$200K base salary + discretionary bonus
- Fully employer‑paid medical, dental, and vision coverage
