Reputable financial services firm in search of a Global Payroll Manager to join their team. Seeking an individual 5+ years of payroll experience and prior supervisory experience. This company offers a competitive salary and benefits package, schedule flexibility, and room for advancement.

Payroll Operations & Team Leadership

* Provide leadership, training, and day-to-day support to payroll professionals responsible for processing payroll across multiple pay cycles and geographic locations
* Oversee the accurate calculation and distribution of employee earnings, incentive payments, overtime, and required deductions
* Review payroll records to identify inconsistencies and ensure data accuracy prior to processing
* Coordinate payroll setup and implementation activities for newly established locations or operating regions
* Approve routine payroll runs, special payroll transactions, and payroll-related adjustments as needed
* Prepare and maintain payroll-related journal entries, system interfaces, reporting, and reconciliations while supporting organizational structure updates

Regulatory Compliance & Payroll Reporting

* Ensure payroll practices remain aligned with applicable tax laws, wage regulations, and statutory requirements across supported locations
* Manage relationships with external payroll tax and compliance partners to promote accuracy and timely reporting
* Oversee the preparation and submission of required payroll tax documents and year-end reporting obligations
* Support internal and external audit activities by maintaining controls, documentation, testing procedures, and audit responses

Payroll Systems & Process Enhancement

* Administer and support the organization’s payroll technology platform, including configuration and maintenance activities
* Investigate and resolve payroll system issues, data discrepancies, and process-related concerns
* Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance payroll operations through automation
* Participate in system upgrades, implementations, testing initiatives, and process improvements
* Act as the primary payroll subject matter expert for cross-functional projects affecting payroll operations

Employee Payroll Support

* Serve as a key point of contact for employee payroll-related questions and requests
* Research and resolve payroll discrepancies, payment concerns, and related issues in a timely manner
* Develop and deliver payroll guidance, training materials, and informational sessions for employees and stakeholders
