Our client, a global commercial real estate services firm located in Parsippany, NJ is looking for a Temp to Perm Project Coordinator to join their team. Position works onsite at a mortgage company. The position is onsite Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm. Free parking for employees. Role starts August 2026. Temp duration is approximately three months ahead of conversion. Pay up to 65K perm base (temp rate paid in line).

The Relocation Project Management Coordinator provides essential operational support to the move management team, handling day-to-day coordination activities and administrative tasks that ensure smooth and efficient relocations. This role serves as a key liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams while maintaining accurate documentation and data systems throughout the move process.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing proposals for new projects.
  • Maintain and update the operations manual.
  • Receive and process client move requests.
  • Take meeting minutes and distribute them to the project team.
  • Create and distribute move communications and labels to clients.
  • Perform move day duties, including furniture inventory, pre and post-move inventory, and supervising movers.
  • Compare vendor/subcontractor invoices to purchase orders or subcontracts.
  • Input data into the CAFM system to maintain occupancy information.
  • Manage daily individual move requests from end to end as requested
  • Receive and process client move requests
  • Proactively manage project-related issues on project/account
  • Coordinate scheduled move activity with property management, facilities management, and all parties involved in relocations
  • Ensure all project/account activities and processes are performed in a manner consistent with documented processes including client’s and JLL’s policies and procedures
  • Incorporate RPM best practices
  • Coordinate work order and small project execution with vendors/installers/trades, including furniture reconfigurations and space enhancements
  • Identify outstanding issues associated with project and communicate to team lead
  • Ensure data accuracy within relocation management and CAFM systems
  • Create and distribute move communications/move packets and labels to clients
  • Perform pre-move and move day duties including pre and post-move inventory/check-out/check-ins, furniture inventory, hanging move signage, and supervising movers
  • Assist in entering and processing information during post-move help desk
  • Receive and process client ergonomic requests
  • Coordinate all ergonomic assessment scheduling with end users, conduct assessments, and order products as deemed necessary as part of assessment and follow-up
  • Coordinate with client representative to provide employees workstation accommodations as necessary
  • Report all ergonomic results and product distribution in client systems as required
  • Ensure all ergonomic-related activities and processes are performed in a manner consistent with documented processes including policies and procedures
  • Work with assigned team to achieve project objectives
  • Observe and identify client cultures and individual learning styles and seek advice on how to work within the environment

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with executive level internal and external clients
  • Organizational and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage differing needs of the business
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Flexibility with work hours and travel as needed
  • 0 – 3+ years practical experience
