Our client is seeking a professional, service‑oriented Receptionist to join a highly respected investment office serving ultra‑high‑net‑worth families and charitable institutions. This is a front‑of‑house, client experience-focused role requiring exceptional professionalism, hospitality, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is warm, proactive, and thrives in a white‑glove environment where client service and presentation are paramount. Hours are 8:30am-5:30pm, and the role is fully onsite five days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the face of the firm, greeting clients, visitors, and guests with professionalism and warmth
- Register visitors with building security and coordinate guest arrivals
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Maintain conference rooms, reception areas, and client spaces to the highest standards
- Coordinate meeting logistics, catering, and room setup
- Manage conference room calendars and scheduling
- Support the Advisory Team with printing, mailing, and preparation of client materials
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and large mailing projects
- Assist with office organization and administrative projects as needed
- Ensure a seamless, high-touch experience for ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients and distinguished guests
- Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and proactively anticipate needs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of hospitality, luxury service, concierge, fitness, restaurant, hotel, or client service experience highly preferred
- Strong customer service mindset with a “five‑star hospitality” approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, polished presentation and executive presence
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team‑oriented approach
- Financial services experience is a plus but not required
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $90K base salary + paid overtime + discretionary bonus
