Our client, a national faith-based organization headquartered in Alexandria, VA, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their busy and growing office!

Responsibilities:

• Handle benefits administration for all programs and wellness initiatives.
• Support employee relations efforts through consulting with managers and assisting in workplace investigations (when/if needed).
• Update and maintain policies and procedures, employee handbook, and other compliance documentation.
• Responsible for full lifecycle recruiting and partner with hiring managers throughout the hiring and onboarding processes.
• Support performance management implementation, compensation, and workforce planning initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of relevant and progressive HR experience is required.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred, or additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proficiency Paylocity or a similar HRIS platform.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to build relationships while maintaining confidentiality.
• Ability to prioritize and pivot in a fast-paced environment.

Position Information:

• Salary: $110K-$120K (DOE).

• Schedule: On-site Tuesday-Thursday in the Alexandria, VA office.
