Our client, a leading national services organization is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
About The Job:
- Support day-to-day fleet operations, ensuring vehicles, equipment, and documentation are organized and compliant
- Coordinate maintenance scheduling, vehicle tracking, transfers, and database updates
- Communicate with internal teams and vendors to resolve fleet-related issues
- Prepare reports and monitor fleet activity and usage trends
- Assist with administrative tasks and support process improvement projects
- Coordinate daily equipment needs with supply chain teams and local branches
About You:
- Reliable, proactive, and able to take initiative with minimal supervision
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while actively seeking additional projects and responsibilities
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel (data entry, sorting, and filtering)
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software and systems
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- $20-$22/hr
- Fully onsite
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Permanent Pay rate: $23/hr
