Our client, a leading nonprofit membership organization is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis with potential to convert in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
* Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer acceptance for assigned openings
* Coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates and hiring teams, and ensure a positive candidate experience
* Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and manage job postings across recruiting platforms
* Prepare offer letters and coordinate employment activities, including reference checks, degree verifications, and background screenings
* Support new hire onboarding logistics and maintain accurate ATS records
* Track recruiting metrics, prepare reports, and assist with recruitment initiatives and HR projects
About You:
* Bachelor’s degree preferred
* 1+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR coordination experience
* Experience supporting high-volume recruitment activities
* Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
* Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams
* ATS experience preferred; EKG is a plus
About The Position:
* Start Date: ASAP!
* $27-$28/hr
* 6-month temporary assignment with potential for extension
* Potential permanent conversion: $58K-$60K
* Hybrid schedule: 2 days onsite
* Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
