Our client, a global and technology company is seeking a Project and Operations Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis with possibility of extension in Arlington, Virginia.
About The Job:
- Support a fast-paced Engineering team through operational, administrative, and program coordination activities
- Manage headcount tracking, organizational reports, distribution lists, and team information
- Coordinate contractor onboarding/offboarding, vendor communications, meetings, and administrative processes
- Support Engineering town halls, team events, meeting logistics, internal communications, and presentation materials
- Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to support key operational initiatives
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of operations, project coordination, or program coordination experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, including Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
- Self-starter who can manage competing priorities and work independently
- Detail-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments and follow through on action items
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- $26/hr
- 6-month contract with potential for extension
- Hybrid schedule: 2-3 days onsite
