Our client, a leading law firm located in Austin, is seeking an HOA Clerk to support their HOA collections department. This individual will assist with administrative and data management functions related to homeowners association collections, maintain accurate records, and process documentation through established workflows. The role requires strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to navigate both Microsoft Office products and specialized internal database systems. This is a collaborative office environment with an established team and structured training process. This position is fully onsite in Austin, with schedules ranging between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. This is a direct hire opportunity.
Job Responsibilities:

Support the HOA collections team with administrative and clerical functions.

Process and maintain collection-related records and documentation.

Enter, review, and update information within proprietary database systems.

Utilize Microsoft Office products to manage reports, correspondence, and records.

Review documents for accuracy and completeness.

Follow established internal procedures and workflows.

Assist with file maintenance and record organization.

Collaborate with attorneys, legal staff, and team members on assigned tasks.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and homeowner information.

Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

High school diploma required; associate degree preferred but not required.

2+ years of administrative or office support experience.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software systems.

Ability to follow structured processes and procedures.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
-
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
-
HOA, legal, collections, or related industry experience is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
