National healthcare services provider in search of an Intake Specialist to join their growing team. Searching for an individual with strong customer service skills and computer proficiency. This company offers room for advancement from within, free parking, weekly pay, and benefits.
Responsibilities:
– Answer the main phone line to respond to patient inquiries
– Collect patient information via phone and email
– Send appointment confirmations to providers
– Schedule doctors and diagnostic appointments
– Help train new intake team members
Requirements:
– 1+ year of experience in an office-based role, prior healthcare office-based experience a plus
– Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite
– Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task efficiently
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
