Our client is seeking a highly polished, proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within a leading growth equity investment firm. This is a high‑touch EA role supporting a fast‑paced investment team and serving as the first true Executive Assistant hire at the firm. The ideal candidate is organized, relationship‑oriented, and excited to become a trusted partner to leadership while gaining exposure to founders, operators, portfolio companies, and firm initiatives. Hours are generally 9:00am-6:00pm with occasional flexibility as needed, and the role is fully onsite five days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive support to senior leadership, including heavy calendar management and scheduling
- Coordinate domestic travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodations, and logistics
- Prepare meeting materials, daily briefings, notes, and follow-up items
- Manage administrative workflows and ensure priorities remain organized and on track
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams, portfolio company founders, operators, and external stakeholders
- Support planning and execution of founder events, networking gatherings, dinners, panels, and offsites
- Assist with logistics and coordination for community-building initiatives across the firm’s network
- Conduct research, market tracking, and special projects supporting portfolio companies and internal initiatives
- Help strengthen relationships across the firm’s founder, investor, and operator ecosystem
- Anticipate team needs and proactively identify ways to create efficiencies
- Support ad hoc projects, gifting initiatives, and creative brand-related opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-4+ years of Executive Assistant, Operations, Coordinator, or similar experience
- Experience within venture capital, startups, consumer brands, private equity, consulting, or other fast-paced environments preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience managing calendars, scheduling logistics, and travel arrangements
- Highly responsive with excellent follow-through and accountability
- Strong interpersonal skills and comfort interacting with founders, executives, and external stakeholders
- Resourceful, proactive, and able to anticipate needs
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Notion, and productivity tools
- Interest in consumer, wellness, beauty, fashion, and lifestyle brands preferred
- Enthusiasm for leveraging AI and technology tools to improve efficiency
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $110K base salary + discretionary bonus
