Our client, a national membership association, is seeking a Member Relations Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis with potential to go permanent in Arlington, Virginia.
About The Job:
- Maintain accurate membership records and ensure data integrity in NetFORUM
- Support membership operations, member engagement projects, and member communications across the organization
- Manage new member onboarding, membership dues, payment tracking, and member inquiries
- Coordinate annual data collection projects, membership data requests, and special membership initiatives
- Lead membership programs and events while identifying opportunities to improve processes and member experience
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of association membership, member outreach, membership recruiting, or related experience
- Experience using NetFORUM Membership Database is required.
- Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- Temporary for 6+ months with potential to extend
- $28-$30/hr
- Permanent Salary: $65K-$75K
- Hybrid: 3 days onsite
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Metro Accessible!
- Occasional travel is required
