Our client, a mission-driven nonprofit organization in Philadelphia, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the President. This contract position will serve as a trusted partner to the executive team, managing high-level administrative responsibilities, coordinating communications, and helping ensure the smooth operation of daily activities. The ideal candidate is polished, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.

About the Job

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and related logistics as needed.
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, meeting materials, agendas, and reports.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications, responding or escalating as appropriate.
  • Coordinate board and leadership meetings, including scheduling, document preparation, distribution of materials, and meeting logistics.
  • Support office operations and help streamline administrative processes.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, or similar high-level administrative support role.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

This is an open-ended contract opportunity that is based in Philadelphia, PA. This opportunity offers up to $28/hour, dependent upon experience. The team is targeting an immediate start.
