Our client, a respected national professional organization, is seeking a Senior Member Experience Operations Specialist to support professionals through a credentialing and certification process.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented operations professional who enjoys customer service, problem-solving, process improvement, and managing multiple workflows. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for candidates, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, manage reporting and operational processes, and help drive an exceptional participant experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for credentialing program participants.
  • Respond to applicant inquiries and resolve credentialing, testing, and account-related issues.
  • Manage operational workflows, records, and reporting with a high level of accuracy.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to deliver an exceptional participant experience.
  • Support administrative, fulfillment, and accounting-related processes as needed.
  • Identify process improvements and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with established procedures, policies, and quality standards.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, member services, program administration, customer service, or a related field
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with reporting, metrics, and process improvement initiatives
  • Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Preferred Experience:

  • Credentialing, certification, association, or educational program support
  • CRM or database systems
  • Vendor management and cross-functional collaboration

Location: Onsite with flexibility to move to a hybrid schedule (2 days onsite) after six months.
