Our client, a mission driven nonprofit organization is seeking a Part-Time Donor Relations Associate on a temporary basis in Washington D.C.
About The Job:
- Manage donor communications and inquiries, ensuring timely responses and accurate record keeping in Raiser’s Edge CRM
- Support donor gift tracking, including donor-advised funds, securities gifts, and IRA distributions
- Maintain donor records, cash logs, and other development operations processes
- Provide administrative support to the Resource Development team, including scheduling and meeting coordination
- Assist with digital file management, process documentation, and team projects
- Deliver excellent service to donors while following established development policies and procedures
About You:
- 2+ years of administrative, fundraising, or related experience
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet deadlines
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Professional, adaptable, and able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Nonprofit or fundraising experience preferred
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- Duration: Through November
- $30/hr
- Part-Time: 20 hours per week
- Hybrid schedule: 1 day onsite weekly (Wednesday preferred)
