About the Job:
- Coordinate all logistics for virtual and in-person events, webinars, and symposia including venue selection, registration F&B needs, A/V services, materials needed, and speaker arrangements.
- Manage the event budget, process invoices, and track additional expenses and reimbursements.
- Handle outreach and volunteer engagement opportunities.
- Serve as the liaison to outside vendors, managing contract negotiations and timeline of deliverables.
- Responsible for tracking and maintaining systems and reports for each event and to present to internal stakeholders.
About You:
- A bachelor’s degree is required for this role.
- 2+ years of experience in program or event coordination is required.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy with experience in a donor platform (DonorPerfect), Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual event platforms.
About the Position:
- $60K-$70K, depending on experience.

- Hybrid schedule of 2 days/week on-site in Washington, DC.
