Our client, a leading professional healthcare association, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team on a temporary basis in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
* Manage grant-funded nursing programs, educational products, and member resources from planning through implementation and evaluation
* Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and documentation
* Coordinate cross-functional teams, external stakeholders, vendors, subject matter experts, and grant partners
* Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure initiatives stay aligned with goals, budgets, and timelines
* Support project reporting, financial tracking, operational processes, and continuous improvement efforts
* Coordinate meetings, stakeholder communications, marketing support, and customer support for assigned programs
About You:
* Bachelor’s degree required; healthcare, nursing, medical, or public health experience preferred
* PMP certification highly desirable
* 3+ years of project management and administrative experience
* Experience managing project budgets, timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional teams
* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, and project management tools (Smartsheet, Asana, Microsoft Project, etc.)
* Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
About The Position:
* Start Date: ASAP!
* $20-$34/hr
* 6 month temporary assignment, with potential to extend.
