Our client, a specialty manufacturing and construction organization, is seeking a Temporary-to-Hire Inside Sales & Contract Administrator to join their team onsite in Taunton, MA. This full-time opportunity offers $23-$30/hour, depending on experience, and follows either an 8:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule with a 1-hour unpaid lunch or an 8:30 AM-5:00 PM schedule with a 30-minute unpaid break. This role supports customer service, sales operations, contract administration, and front office functions in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries by phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Prepare, maintain, and distribute proposals, quotes, contracts, and sales-related documentation.
- Track leads, customer information, and project activity to support ongoing sales efforts.
- Coordinate customer onboarding and collect required contracts, compliance paperwork, and supporting documentation.
- Process orders and maintain accurate records within ERP and internal software systems.
- Collaborate with operations, purchasing, and shipping teams to support order fulfillment and project execution.
- Provide administrative support including data entry, spreadsheet management, reporting, and document organization.
- Answer incoming calls, greet visitors, and maintain a professional front office environment.
Candidate Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative support, customer service, sales support, contract administration, or related experience.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Experience working with ERP, CRM, or other business software systems preferred.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Comfort learning new technology and navigating multiple software platforms.
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
