Our client, a national professional membership organization, is seeking an International Programs Coordinator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Linthicum, Maryland.
About The Job:
- Coordinate international educational programs, including resident courses, guest lectures, licensing programs, and global initiatives
- Manage programs from start to finish, including speakers, schedules, materials, travel/visa logistics, and event coordination
- Partner with leadership, subject matter experts, speakers, and international organizations to develop program content
- Manage program budgets, expenses, reconciliations, and continuing education requirements
- Support Annual Meeting programming and other international activities, with travel as needed
- Manage 5-6 programs simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, communications, and logistics stay on track
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of professional education, program coordination, or related experience
- Experience coordinating international travel required
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple programs and deadlines
- Experience with budgets and Microsoft Office required
- Medical education, accreditation, or nonprofit/association experience is a plus
- Bilingual or foreign-language skills, especially Spanish, are a plus

- Permanent Salary: $68K-$70K
- Hybrid: 2 days onsite
