Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leaders within the Capital Solutions platform of a leading global investment bank. This is a high-volume executive support role supporting two Managing Directors, two Vice Presidents, and additional junior team members within a fast-paced Financial Sponsors environment. The ideal candidate is experienced, responsive, and thrives managing complex calendars, extensive travel coordination, and rapidly changing priorities while partnering closely with investment professionals and private equity stakeholders. Hours are generally 8:00/8:30am-5:30/6:00pm with flexibility as needed, and the role follows a hybrid schedule with four days onsite and Fridays remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive support to two Managing Directors and two Vice Presidents
  • Manage highly complex calendars with heavy meeting volume and frequent scheduling changes
  • Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and logistics
  • Process expense reports and reimbursement requests
  • Serve as a key liaison between Lazard bankers, private equity firms, and financial sponsor clients
  • Coordinate internal meetings, conference room bookings, and meeting logistics
  • Arrange catering and hospitality needs for team meetings and events
  • Support executive priorities through proactive scheduling and calendar management
  • Maintain organized administrative systems, records, and documentation
  • Partner closely with fellow Executive Assistants and administrative team members
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and team initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

  • 7-10+ years of Executive Assistant experience
  • Financial services, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or other high-volume professional services experience preferred
  • Strong experience supporting senior executives and investment professionals
  • Exceptional calendar management and travel coordination expertise
  • Experience managing high-volume scheduling across multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Concur experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Up to $120K-125K base salary + paid overtime + discretionary annual bonus
