Our client, an international non-profit, is seeking a Temporary Part Time Shipping/Logistics Administrator, for their FiDi office. This role will begin on Monday, 9/8 and last through the end of 2026. It requires the candidate to be onsite on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday only with hours being from 9:30am-6pm with a 1 hour lunch break. The role pays up to $21/hr.
Responsibilities:
- Restocking shelves with supplies
- Creating and building medical kits to the blood draw sites
- Creating and processing shipping requests
- Handling day to day shipping needs to support the logistics flow
- Ad hoc responsibilities of a similar nature, within an administrative purview
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or higher, or commensurate professional experience;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong organizational and time-management skills;
- The ability to manage/prioritize high volumes of work;
- Comfort working in a small, team environment;
- Passion for working for the betterment of others
