Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive Senior Executive Assistant to support multiple executives within a leading consulting firm. This is a high-volume executive support role combining complex administrative support, billing coordination, document management, project administration, and client-facing responsibilities. The ideal candidate is process-oriented, detail-driven, and thrives in a professional services environment where accuracy, organization, and exceptional service are critical to success. Hours are generally 9:00am-6:00pm, and the role follows a hybrid schedule with three days onsite per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to 5+ executives and consulting professionals
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reports
- Coordinate client meetings, internal meetings, and special events
- Assist with monthly billing processes, including proofreading billing narratives and tracking accounts receivable
- Review engagement letters, conflict checks, and project documentation
- Create, organize, and maintain project files, records, and administrative systems
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and client-facing materials
- Proofread documents and ensure the highest level of accuracy and quality control
- Coordinate project setup, closure, and document management processes
Qualifications:
- 3-7+ years of Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or related support experience
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Professional services, consulting, legal, financial services, or related experience preferred
- Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $100K base salary + paid overtime + annual bonus opportunity
