Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support three Principals within a digital entertainment company. This is a high-visibility executive support role supporting leaders across Investor Relations, FP&A, and Corporate Finance while partnering closely with the broader executive assistant team and key stakeholders across the business. The ideal candidate is proactive, responsive, and thoughtful, with the ability to anticipate needs, manage competing priorities, and operate with a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment. Hours are generally 9:00am-6:00pm with flexibility to monitor email after hours as needed, and the role follows a hybrid schedule with four days onsite and Fridays remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive support to three Principals
  • Manage complex calendars and scheduling across multiple stakeholders and teams
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and detailed itineraries
  • Process expense reports and reimbursements using Ramp
  • Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and supporting documentation
  • Coordinate board meetings and other corporate events
  • Partner closely with teams across Investor Relations, Finance, and executive leadership
  • Proactively identify scheduling conflicts and recommend solutions
  • Anticipate executive needs and help prioritize competing demands
  • Maintain organized records, files, and administrative workflows
  • Coordinate internal meetings and executive communications
  • Support special projects and business initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience
  • Finance, investment management, private equity, corporate finance, or related industry experience strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting multiple senior executives simultaneously
  • Exceptional calendar management and scheduling expertise
  • Strong travel coordination and expense management experience
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think proactively and anticipate business needs
  • Experience supporting board meetings, investor-related functions, or executive leadership preferred
  • Collaborative mindset with strong relationship-building skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
