Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive Receptionist to serve as the face of a private equity firm while supporting office operations and the broader administrative team. This is a high-visibility front desk and office support role requiring exceptional communication skills, strong hospitality instincts, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed. The ideal candidate is energetic, professional, and thrives in a relationship-driven environment where providing a first-class experience to visitors, executives, and colleagues is a top priority. Hours are generally 9:00am-6:00pm, and the role follows a hybrid schedule with four days onsite and Fridays remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, investors, and business partners
- Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately
- Greet guests and coordinate visitor arrivals with internal team members
- Manage conference room scheduling, setup, and logistics
- Coordinate catering orders and meeting hospitality services
- Maintain office kitchens, pantries, and common spaces
- Manage office supply inventory and ordering
- Assist with administrative duties including scanning, printing, binding, and document preparation
- Coordinate mail, deliveries, and office-related requests
- Maintain accurate records and administrative files
- Support the Executive Assistant team with projects and office initiatives
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of receptionist, hospitality, office coordinator, or administrative experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience within hospitality, private equity, financial services, professional services, or client-facing environments preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service abilities
- High energy, confidence, and professionalism
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist wherever needed
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $65K base salary + discretionary bonus
