Our client, a global investment management organization, is seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to join their team in Boston, MA. This hybrid opportunity requires 3 days onsite and 2 days remote, offers $35/hour, and follows a flexible 9:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule. This position is expected to last 3+ months and plays a key role in supporting day-to-day office operations, executive administration, employee engagement initiatives, and overall workplace organization within a professional corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations to support an organized, efficient, and productive workplace.
  • Manage office supply inventory, coordinate vendor purchases, and ensure office resources are stocked and available.
  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership, including expense report processing and other administrative tasks.
  • Respond to ad hoc requests and provide flexible support across departments as needed.
  • Coordinate seasonal, cultural, and employee engagement events.
  • Support office organization, workplace presentation, and general office coordination activities.
  • Serve as a resource for staff office-related needs and contribute to a welcoming, professional environment.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Previous experience in office administration, office management, administrative support, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience supporting expense reports, administrative projects, and executive-level requests.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business productivity tools.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a dynamic office environment.
