Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support two senior leaders in internal functions of a leading global sports and digital commerce company. This is a high-visibility executive support role that requires a proactive approach and the ability to shift priorities independently as needs change. The ideal candidate is strategic, responsive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where anticipating needs, managing priorities, and exercising strong judgment are critical to success. Hours are generally 9:00am-6:00/6:30pm with flexibility to monitor email after hours as needed, and the role follows a hybrid schedule with four days onsite and Fridays remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive support to two senior executives
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and executive priorities across multiple stakeholders
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics
- Process expense reports and manage administrative workflows
- Prepare presentations, agendas, meeting materials, and executive communications
- Coordinate leadership meetings, team meetings, and special events
- Manage scheduling conflicts and proactively identify solutions
- Anticipate executive needs and recommend ways to optimize time and priorities
- Support internal communications, planning activities, and strategic projects as needed
- Partner closely with the broader Executive Assistant team to ensure alignment and seamless support
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience
- Experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced corporate environments
- Exceptional calendar management and executive scheduling expertise
- Strong travel coordination and expense management experience
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to anticipate needs and think several steps ahead
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of building trust with executives and leadership teams
- Ability to pivot quickly and manage competing priorities independently
- BA/BS preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $150K base salary + discretionary annual bonus
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage beginning day one
