Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support the Co-Founders of a rapidly growing real estate investment and hospitality platform. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial executive support role serving as the first dedicated Executive Assistant for the organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-oriented, and excited to build structure within a fast-paced, founder-led business where strong judgment, initiative, and adaptability are highly valued. Hours are generally 8:30am-5:30pm with flexibility as needed, and the role is fully onsite five days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive support to the two Co-Founders, including heavy calendar management and scheduling
- Coordinate extensive domestic travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and logistics
- Serve as a trusted partner in managing executive priorities and maximizing efficiency
- Manage client-facing communications and stakeholder interactions with professionalism and discretion
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts, identify solutions, and proactively manage changing priorities
- Coordinate meetings, events, dinners, team outings, and leadership activities
- Assist with special projects and strategic business initiatives
- Support executive communications, follow-up items, and operational workflows
- Partner with founders to help strengthen office culture and employee engagement
- Plan and coordinate team events, celebrations, and relationship-building activities
- Act as a central point of coordination across executives, investors, and outside partners
- Help establish administrative best practices and scale operations as the company continues to grow
Qualifications:
- 5-7+ years of Executive Assistant experience
- Experience supporting founders, executives, senior leaders, or investment professionals
- Strong calendar management and travel coordination expertise
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong judgment and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Professional, client-facing demeanor with outstanding interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and proactively manage priorities
- Comfortable supporting executives who operate with a high degree of urgency and flexibility
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong interest in helping build culture and contribute beyond traditional executive support
Compensation / Benefits:
- Up to $120K base salary + discretionary annual bonus
