Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive Temporary Executive Assistant to support multiple members of the leadership team within a fast-growing fintech and business banking platform for 4 – 6 weeks with flexibility to extend. This is a high-visibility executive support role providing direct support to the CEO, CFO, and Vice President of Engineering while helping drive operational excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate is resourceful, highly accountable, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment where anticipating needs, managing complexity, and exercising sound judgment are critical to success. Hours are generally 9:00am-6:00pm with flexibility required for occasional after-hours support, and the role is fully onsite five days per week. Hourly rate is up to $55/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive support to the CEO, CFO, and Vice President of Engineering
- Manage highly complex calendars, meeting schedules, and executive priorities
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics
- Prepare agendas, briefing documents, meeting materials, and executive follow-up items
- Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and partner to executive leadership
- Track action items, decisions, and ongoing projects across leadership teams
- Coordinate board meeting scheduling and executive-level meetings
- Support leadership team projects and strategic initiatives
- Manage expense reports and administrative workflows
- Assist with special events, offsites, and company initiatives as needed
- Utilize AI and productivity tools to improve efficiency and streamline executive support
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives
- Experience supporting CEOs, founders, CFOs, or other C-suite leaders preferred
- Startup, SaaS, fintech, venture capital, private equity, or other high-growth environment experience strongly preferred
- Exceptional calendar management and complex scheduling expertise
- Strong travel coordination and logistics experience
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to operate independently and make sound decisions with limited direction
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing multiple executives simultaneously
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools and technology to improve workflows
- Outgoing, collaborative personality who can contribute positively to company culture
