Our client, a growing Chicago-based real estate investment firm, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee renovations, transactions, and property dispositions across a nationwide residential portfolio of 1,100+ properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage pre-sale renovations and capital improvements
- Coorinate contractors, vendors, title companies, and real estate agents
- Oversee multiple transactions from planning through closing
- Track budgets, timelines, contracts, and project milestones
- Identify opportunities to maximize property value and ROI
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of real estate transactions, property management, or real estate operations experience
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience coordinating vendors and external stakeholders
