Our client, a nonprofit organization is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including complex calendar management, scheduling, travel coordination, and executive communications
- Support Board of Directors operations, including meeting logistics, board materials, minutes, governance documentation, and committee coordination
- Manage executive correspondence, email monitoring, expense reporting, budgets, and special projects
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting materials, and detailed travel itineraries
- Coordinate executive office events, board meetings, and organizational initiatives in partnership with leadership
- Conduct research and provide proactive support to ensure efficient executive operations
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite or senior-level executives required
- Strong experience managing executive calendars, travel, meeting preparation, expenses, and board support
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills required, including PowerPoint
- Highly proactive, organized, and able to anticipate needs with minimal direction
- Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage shifting priorities, maintain confidentiality, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must be responsive, collaborative, and not easily flustered
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP!
- $40-$42/hr
- Permanent Salary: $100k-$105k
- 100% onsite
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
- Must be comfortable adjusting executive schedules and supporting occasional travel needs outside standard business hours
