Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant to support the Structured Credit team within one of the world’s leading alternative investment firms. This is a high-volume team support role responsible for managing calendars, coordinating travel, scheduling investor interactions, and providing administrative support to a growing investment team. The ideal candidate is confident, energetic, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where responsiveness, adaptability, and strong organizational skills are essential. Hours are generally 8:00/8:30am-5:30/6:00pm with flexibility as needed, and the role is fully onsite five days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive and administrative support to the investment teams
- Support a team of 10+ investment professionals
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Coordinate investor calls, meetings, and related logistics
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and transportation
- Manage expenses and administrative workflows
- Coordinate conference rooms, internal meetings, and team events
- Prioritize competing requests and adapt to changing schedules
- Serve as a liaison between investment professionals, investors, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate schedules, records, and administrative documentation
- Partner with fellow Executive Assistants and business support professionals across the firm
- Assist with special projects and ad hoc team initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Executive Assistant experience
- Financial services, hedge fund, asset management, banking, consulting, or other professional services experience preferred
- Strong calendar management and scheduling expertise
- Experience coordinating travel and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to remain flexible and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Professional presence with strong stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $135K-$140K base salary + discretionary annual bonus
