Our client, a mission-driven organization, is seeking an Executive Assistant/Project Manager to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
- Manage and track high-priority strategic initiatives and special projects for executive leadership
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables while providing regular status updates
- Create and maintain project plans, dashboards, reports, and process documentation

Partner with internal stakeholders to drive accountability, facilitate collaboration, and ensure successful project execution
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or project management certification is a plus
- Significant experience managing complex projects, programs, or organizational initiatives
- Strong project management expertise, including planning, budgeting, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation
About The Position:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Temporary-to-Permanent Opportunity
- Hybrid Schedule: 4 days onsite
- Metro Accessible!
- $55-$62/hr
- Permanent salary range approximately $130K, depending on experience
- Hours: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (35-hour work week)
