Our client, a corporate group with multiple sites across Northern Virginia, is seeking an Employee Relations & HR Manager to support their busy team!
About the Job:
- Manage the full employee relations lifecycle including intake, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
- Build relationships with managers and leaders across the company and sites around Northern Virginia.
- Track and manage Leave of Absence requests and documentation.
- Provide recommendations for policies and procedures, supporting implementation across the organization.
- Manage a small team of HR support members.
- Support special projects and initiatives across the HR team and organization.
About You:
- A bachelors degree is preferred but not required.
- 5+ years of hands-on employee relations experience is required.
- Proactive team player with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across departments.
- Tech-savvy with experience utilizing HRIS (Workday preferred, but not required).
About the Position:
- $100K-$130K salary (DOE)
- Comprehensive and generous benefits package.
- On-site 5x/week in the Northern Virginia office with the ability to visit sites around the area.
