Our client, a professional association is seeking a HR Generalist to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis in Washington, D.C.
About The Job:
* Serve as a trusted HR partner, supporting employee relations, benefits, performance management, compliance, and HR operations
* Advise managers and employees on workplace issues, policies, and performance-related matters
* Manage benefits administration, leave programs, onboarding/offboarding, and recruiting support
* Maintain HR records in ADP Workforce Now and assist with HR projects, audits, and process improvements
About You:
* 5+ years of HR Generalist experience
* Strong background in employee relations, benefits, compliance, leave administration, and HR operations
* ADP Workforce Now experience required
* Experience supporting managers and handling sensitive employee matters
* Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
* Bachelor’s degree preferred
About This Position:
* Start Date: October 13, 2026
* Temp-to-Hire
* $30-$40/hr
* Conversion Salary: $75K-$90K DOE
* Hybrid schedule: Remote Monday & Friday | Onsite Tuesday-Thursday
* Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
