Our client, a mission driven organization, is seeking a Part Time Office Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis with the possibility of converting in McLean, Virginia.
About The Job:
* Manage daily office operations, facilities, supplies, vendors, and workplace organization for a 30-person office
* Support onboarding, employee experience initiatives, and office-related employee needs
* Provide administrative and light executive support, including scheduling and special projects
* Coordinate office operations across multiple locations, including Tysons, Richmond, and Charlottesville
* Foster a positive, organized, and collaborative workplace environment
About You:
* Prior office management, administrative, workplace experience, or operations experience preferred
* Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
* Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building abilities
* Ability to work independently, prioritize competing responsibilities, and take ownership
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
About The Position:
* Start Date: ASAP!
* $25/hr
* Permanent Salary: $85K-$105K
* Temp-to-perm opportunity (2-3 months)
* Fully onsite in Tysons, VA
* Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM-1:00 PM (16 hours/week)
