Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to multiple C-suite executives, including the Chairman of the Board, within a corporate headquarters environment. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong business judgment, and the ability to manage complex executive priorities while working closely with senior leadership and corporate stakeholders. The ideal candidate is professional, adaptable, and comfortable supporting executives with traditional working styles in a fast-paced, highly visible setting. Hours are generally 8:30am-5:30pm with overtime as needed, and the role is fully onsite five days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive support to multiple senior executives, including complex calendar management, scheduling, travel coordination, and expense reporting
- Coordinate board-related activities, prepare meeting materials, manage itineraries, and support executive communications
- Assist with Investor Relations initiatives, including quarterly earnings calls, conference logistics, executive travel, and event coordination
- Manage domestic and international travel arrangements while ensuring seamless execution of executive schedules and priorities
- Handle select personal administrative tasks, including reservations, appointments, and other ad hoc requests
- Partner closely with administrative and legal support teams while contributing to office operations and special projects as needed
Qualifications:
- 5-10+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives or C-suite leadership
- Experience within holdings companies, financial services, banking, consulting, or similarly professional environments preferred
- Strong calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and board support experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, Concur, and Excel
- Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-management skills with strong attention to detail
- Professional, service-oriented mindset with the flexibility to support multiple executives and shifting priorities

- Up to $120K-$140K total compensation
